Justin Resnick, M.Ed., BCBA

Justin Resnick is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Clinical Director of RunStart Behavior Consulting. With over 15 years of experience, he supports families in identifying clear treatment goals and guiding meaningful change at home, in school, and in the community.

Justin’s team of clinicians is focused on strengthening communication, fostering frustration tolerance, supporting emotional flexibility, encouraging social connection, and promoting greater independence. Family priorities and best possible outcomes are central to every clinical decision.

Justin founded RunStart with the purpose to bring peace to the lives of hardworking families by offering practical and possible solutions to overcome the barriers to their children’s development, advancement, and happiness. He provides the tools, clarity, and structure they need to step into that role with confidence and purpose.
